Initial Payment

​

​

  • An initial payment of a non-refundable scheduling fee is required for all Aderinsola Visions Photography session bookings. Upon placement of the initial payment, Aderinsola Visions Photography will reserve a session slot at the selected date and time and will not make another appointment reservation for that specific time frame. For this reason, all initial payments are non-refundable even if the scheduled session is changed or becomes canceled for any reason.

  • Aderinsola Visions Photography handles all business communication through our website and email only. Please contact us at aderinsola@avphoto.co for all inquiries and concerns. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.

Turn Around Time

​

​

  • For small sessions (15 digital photo deliverables or less), allow up to 3 business days from the date of the session to receive proofs. Allow up to 15 business days after the selection of photos for editing and an additional 15 business days for any prints to be processed and ready for pickup or shipment. Weddings, engagements and events are considered large sessions. For large sessions (15 digital photo deliverables or more), allow up to 30 business days separately for each process: receiving proofs (engagements only), editing, and prints being ready. Times may vary on the season and other factors.

  • If a Client would like their photos faster, they may pay an additional fee for expedited post-processing. The expedited digital photo delivery time frame begins after the proofing process and it is up to the Client to select the photos they would like edited in a timely manner. Expedited photo delivery is only available for photo deliverables with standard photo editing. Sessions with photo deliverables requiring high end skin retouch or additional photo manipulation do not apply. The following rates are for non-branding/non-commercial photo sessions only.

    • For sessions with 15 digital photo deliverables or less

      • Expedited digital photo delivery in 2 business days will cost $200

      • Expedited digital photo delivery in 5 business days will cost $150

    • For sessions with 15-100 photo deliverables

      • Expedited digital photo delivery in 5 business days will cost $500

      • Expedited digital photo delivery in 10 business days will cost $375

    • For sessions with 100-300 photo deliverables

      • Expedited digital photo delivery in 10 business days will cost $1200

      • Expedited digital photo delivery in 15 business days will cost $900

  • Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude federal holidays. 

 

No Shows, Cancellations, and Reschedules

  • No Show For Appointment

    • In the event that clients do not show for their appointment, the Client agrees to forfeit the initial payment placed and agrees the initial payment will be considered liquidated damages to Aderinsola Visions Photography. Such Clients will need to place a new initial payment and create a new appointment if they would like to shoot with Aderinsola Visions Photography in the future. If a Client is deemed a no show twice, they will not be allowed to book with Aderinsola Visions Photography in the future.

  • Cancellations and Reschedules

    • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment once up to 72 hours (portraiture sessions, consultations, and live education), 30 days (event sessions) or 120 days (weddings) before their scheduled session without penalty. Any and all payments made up to that point will be held as a credit and then transferred to a new appointment. Clients must make a new appointment within 45 days of their previously scheduled session or their credit will be voided and considered liquidated damages to Aderinsola Visions Photography.

    • Clients who fail to cancel or reschedule their appointment without sufficient notice or cancel/reschedule their session more than once will be subject to a $100 rescheduling fee (portraiture sessions, consultations, and live education), $250 rescheduling fee (event sessions) or $500 rescheduling fee (weddings) for each occurrence. If a Client cancels or reschedules an appointment more than twice, Aderinsola Visions Photography reserves the right to cancel the appointment entirely. In such case the Client agrees to forfeit the initial payment placed and agrees the initial payment will be considered liquidated damages to Aderinsola Visions Photography.

 

Late Arrival

  • All clients are given a 10 minute grace period if they are late for their appointment. Clients that arrive after the grace period will be subject to a $50 late fee. Late clients will only have the time remaining in their appointment to complete their photography session.

  • Aderinsola Visions Photography reserves the right to accept or decline shooting past the agreed appointment end time. The client agrees to pay a separate charge for any time spent photographing over the discussed photo shoot period at a rate of $150 per hour (portraiture sessions) or $250 per hour (events and weddings). No proofs/photos will be released to the Client and no rights are granted until timely payment is made in full.

 

Travel

​

  • Aderinsola Visions Photography operates in Ellicott City, MD. Wherever Aderinsola Visions Photography is based at the time of inquiry/intended shoot date will serve as the basis for travel expense quotes. 

  • Locations within 15 miles of the Photographer’s residence are free. Any other location outside 15 miles of the Photographer’s residence is subject to a separate charge of $0.60 per mile round trip. Cost of location permits for a photography session and the choosing of a location is the responsibility of the Client. Unless otherwise stated, all photography sessions come with ONE location in the current city of residence of the Photographer. Add-on locations are an additional cost.  

  • Clients that wish to shoot with Aderinsola Visions Photography 2 hours or more of the Photographer’s residence will need to cover all travel and hotel expenses.

  • There is a $150 equipment transportation fee for clients that require the Photographer to bring backdrops, backdrop stands, etc. to any location of the client's choosing.

Studio

​

  • Clients interested in shooting in a photography studio are responsible for the booking and all costs associated with the renting of a photography studio. Our clients frequently shoot at the following photography studios:

Gift Certificates

​

​

  • All Aderinsola Visions Photography gift certificates are subject to terms and conditions. A gift certificate that does not cover an entire service amount may only be applied to the remaining balance. In this case, an initial payment of a non-refundable scheduling fee is required to book the service.
