THE INTRODUCTION

A Branding Collection takes a more personal approach to the photo session. The focus is to highlight the face or faces behind the brand and showcase your personality to your audience. This is done through lifestyle imagery that highlights your authentic self.

Images from a Branding Collection typically only require a limited commercial use license. Clients that opt for this license typically have more basic needs for the photos in their business. The photos will be used in non-reproductive manners including on their website, blog post, social media pages and/or emails.
A Commercial Collection takes a more product and service approach to the photo session. The focus is to highlight the essence and/or utilization of your featured product or service in images to be used in retail or wholesale sectors. This is done through stylized promotional imagery that tells a story to incentivize your audience to buy. Commercial Collection photo sessions often require a larger production (i.e set design, models, service workers, equipment rentals, etc.).
Images from a Commercial Collection typically require a commercial use license with custom specifications defining image use in specific geographic locations, time frames, third-party allocation, and so on. Clients that opt for this license typically have more complex needs for the photos in their business. The photos will be used in large advertising matters including billboards, tv commercials, storefronts, etc. or reproductive manners such us on products for sale, commerce and e-commerce sales, and so on. Some larger clients may opt for a Full Buyout where they have an unlimited and exclusive license to use the images in any medium in perpetuity.

Product photography can range in complexity. Some clients may simply require products to be shot on a plain white or color background. Other clients may desire a more complex shoot with the addition of props, effects or models. As such, product collections require a branding questionnaire and are priced custom to the client's needs.

How do I book a branding or commercial collection service?We are so excited to work with you! The very first step for booking a branding collection is to schedule a branding consultation with your photographer, Aderinsola. During the consultation, we will learn more about your business and goals to establish if we are a good fit.

Where are you located?Right in the heart of the Baltimore, MD - Washington, DC Metro Area, Aderinsola Visions Photography is located in Ellicott City, MD.

Are there fees for travel?Aderinsola Visions Photography operates in Ellicott City, MD. Wherever Aderinsola Visions Photography is based at the time of inquiry/intended shoot date will serve as the basis for travel expense quotes. Locations within 15 miles of the Photographer’s residence are free. Any other location outside 15 miles of the Photographer’s residence is subject to a separate charge of $0.60 per mile round trip. Cost of location permits for a photography session and the choosing of a location is the responsibility of the Client. Unless otherwise stated, all photography sessions come with ONE location in the current city of residence of the Photographer. Add-on locations are an additional cost. Clients that wish to shoot with Aderinsola Visions Photography 2 hours or more from the Photographer’s residence will need to cover all travel and hotel expenses. There is a $150 equipment transportation fee for clients that require the Photographer to bring backdrops, backdrop stands, etc. to any location of the Client's choosing.

What are the terms for payment of a branding or commercial collection?There is an associated fee with the branding consultation that contributes to your total branding collection balance. A 50% initial payment is required to reserve any branding collection. The remaining branding collection balance is due no later than 48 hours before your photography session. Only Signature and Refresher branding collections are eligible for a payment plan. Product Collections are inelligble for a payment plan. The final payment of the payment plan is due no later than 48 hours before your photography session.

Do you offer refunds?Due to the nature of our work, no refunds will be issued. Any conflicts must be discussed with your Photographer during the proof selection process/before any editing or retouching takes place. It is up to the Photographer's discretion what corrections are appropriate to apply. If you choose to re-do your photos for any reason, it will be considered as a new photography session and you will need to purchase a new photography collection. The initial payment is non-refundable. You agree that an entire photography session or production cannot be replicated, re-enacted, or repeated for the purpose of a re-shoot.

When will I get the images back?For small sessions (15 digital photo deliverables or less), allow up to 5 business days from the date of the session to receive proofs. Allow up to 15 business days after the selection of photos for editing and online gallery curation. For large sessions (15 digital photo deliverables or more), allow up to 7 business days from the date of the session to receive proofs. Allow up to 30 business days after the selection of photos for editing and online gallery curation. Times may vary on the season and other factors.

Will my products and/or props be returned?That's up to you! If you would like your products and/or props returned, please include a prepaid return shipping label with your original product shipment. We will then mail the return of your products and/or props after your final images have been delivered.

Do you have your own photography studio?Aderinsola Visions Photography does not own a photography studio. Any shoots requiring a studio are booked with a third party as needed. Clients interested in shooting in a photography studio are responsible for the booking and all costs associated with the renting of a photography studio.
